Tan Moorthy has over three decades of global experience in the IT professional services industry. He is currently an advisory board member and a strategy consultant in the areas of Workforce Transformation and Sustainable Development. He recently retired from Infosys as an Executive Vice President where over a 23-year period played several roles including being the Head of Delivery Operations for US, Canada & LATAM, Group Head of HR, Global Head of Education, Chairman of the Board for Infosys Public Services and Trustee on the Board of Infosys Foundation USA.
He has also been a champion of sustainable development and has led a UN workgroup for defining industry-specific metrics for corporates to impact the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Tan holds a Bachelor of Engineering from Bangalore University in India.

Robert Herz
Mr. Herz’s current activities include serving on the boards of directors and various board committees of Fannie Mae (Audit Committee Chair), Morgan Stanley (Audit Committee Chair), Workiva Inc., and Paxos National Trust and on a number of advisory boards including AccountAbility, Lukka, Inc. and RS Metrics. He also served on the Board of the Value Reporting Foundation ( VRF- which was formed through the merger in 2021 of the Sustainability Accounting Standards Board Foundation (SASB) and the International Integrated Reporting Council and was merged with the IFRS Foundation in 2022 – Mr. Herz was involved with the SASB and IIRC for many years ) and currently serves on the Transition Advisory Group that is advising the IFRS Foundation Trustees and the International Sustainability Standards Board ( ISSB ) on the integration of the VRF and the Climate Disclosure Standards Board with the IFRS organization and on the International Reporting and Connectivity Council that is advising the ISSB and International Accounting Standards Board ( IASB ) on advancing integrated reporting.

James Gavilan is a global commodities executive with over 25 years of finance, risk management, and business development experience. Libby is a regular contributor to international industry events, a frequent commentator in the media on sustainable finance and ESG investing, and has served as an expert advisor to US, UK, and EC government agencies on greenwashing and green marketing claims.
As the Head of Sustainability at Morningstar, she led the corporate sustainability program and global ESG strategy working with investors, asset managers and financial advisors to understand sustainable investing and incorporate ESG factors into financial products. Prior to joining Morningstar, Libby was Managing Director at S&P Global, where she led a global business unit creating greater transparency in the capital markets on ESG data, impact and climate risk.
